IT Auditor - Technology Infrastructure & Operations - Remote

Overview

This role will be hybrid, requiring in-office attendance three days a week in Buffalo NY, Wilmington DE, or Bridgeport CT. The IT Auditor participates in all phases of audits over the Bank’s IT Engineering, Operations, Governance, Risk Management, and Architecture functions.

In Short

• Participate in audits by executing assigned tasks.
• Complete work within established timeframes.
• Conduct effective walkthroughs and identify risks and controls.
• Perform root cause analysis of findings.
• Engage in meetings with business management for updates.
• Document findings clearly and concisely.
• Incorporate data analytics into audit activities.
• Maintain internal control standards.
• Identify risk-related issues for escalation.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years’ work experience.
• Proven analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Experience in infrastructure auditing preferred.
• Knowledge of cloud computing risks and controls.
• Familiarity with ITIL standards and core IT services.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Related professional certifications are a plus.
• Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
