Investment Banking Managing Director, Debt Capital Markets - Remote

Overview

Overall accountability for the financial performance of Investment Banking or Capital Markets mandates within a defined product set. Structures, originates and executes transactions while working with balance sheet lender personnel, including the Investment Bank Middle Office, and various Credit, Risk and Operations teams.

• Generate, develop and execute capital advisory solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 11 years investment banking experience.
• At least 4 years’ managerial experience.
• Strong credit skills and analytical abilities.
• Proven track record in capital markets.
• Strong interpersonal skills required.
• FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, Series 79, Series 63 required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent travel required.
