The Commercial Deposit Support Specialist (DSS/CDSS) serves as a central point of contact, delivering exceptional support to ensure seamless management and servicing of commercial deposit accounts. This role requires an in-depth understanding of commercial deposit products, comprehensive legal documentation, operational systems, and customer needs, to provide tailored solutions and maintain a high level of client satisfaction. This role combines a client-focused mindset, and a commitment to operational accuracy, technical expertise, minimizing risk to customers and the bank, contributing to the overall success and trust of the bank’s commercial deposit services.

In Short

• Act as the primary contact for deposit servicing
• Provide cross-regional support
• Handle account openings, maintenance, and service requests
• Ensure compliance with documentation and disclosure requirements
• Authenticate users and monitor suspicious activity
• Lead BSA/AML/KYC processes
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Support client onboarding and product adoption
• Conduct root cause analysis for complaints
• Support specialty commercial business lines

Requirements

• Associate’s degree with a minimum of 3 years related experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Self-motivated and well-organized
• Strong interpersonal skills
