In Short

  • Lead the product merchandising process for B2B and B2C E-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are engaging and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Manage and configure B2C web stores for seamless customer experiences.
  • Work with web developers and designers to enhance site functionality and user experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with senior management to optimize stock and reordering strategies.
  • Provide detailed sales and inventory analysis, offering insights on product performance and forecasting trends.
  • Track key E-commerce sales and web metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with the digital marketing team to execute campaigns.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to manage orders and introduce new products.
  • Contribute to the development of softgoods line plans and promotional schedules.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in E-commerce merchandising, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving E-commerce sales growth.
  • Experience with Shopify, Adobe Commerce, or similar E-commerce platforms.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with experience in tools like Shopify Analytics, GA4, and Supermetrics.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with digital tools like Jira for task management.
  • Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred).
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
