As an E-commerce Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing product presentation, optimizing inventory strategies, and enhancing online experiences to increase brand loyalty.

Lead the product merchandising process for B2B and B2C E-commerce platforms.
Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are engaging and aligned with brand messaging.
Manage and configure B2C web stores for seamless customer experiences.

3+ years of experience in E-commerce merchandising, digital marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of driving E-commerce sales growth and improving the online shopping experience.
Strong data analysis skills, with experience in tools like Shopify Analytics, GA4, and Supermetrics.
Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Requirements

Experience with Shopify, Adobe Commerce, or similar E-commerce platforms.
Proficiency with digital tools like Jira for task management.
Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred).
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
