CAM Supervisor – Loss Mitigation Document and Control - Remote

Overview

This position is the first level of management within a division, directing the daily workflow of an assigned unit and supervising staff responsible for specific components of the work.

• Supervise and coordinate daily workflow to meet departmental objectives.
• Resolve complex problems in customer account management.

Requirements

• 5 years of higher education and/or relevant work experience.
• 2 years of work leadership experience.
• Knowledge of original mortgage documents.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of spreadsheet and presentation software.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience in loss mitigation preferred.
• Demonstrated work leadership skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
