Document Control Manager - Construction - Remote

Overview

Turner & Townsend is looking for a Document Controls Manager to manage document control processes and archival of construction documentation for large scale construction projects.

In Short

• Manage document control processes for construction projects.
• Implement and maintain document control and archival requirements.
• Support workflow and delivery of required documents.
• Manage interfaces with all parties involved with the PMC’s EDMS.
• Develop and maintain project SharePoint system.
• Train team members in document control processes.
• Oversee transmittals and coordinate workflow responses.
• Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
• Prior people management experience is necessary.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for innovative problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• 5-7 years of applicable experience.
• Experience with EDMS systems, Aconex, and SharePoint.
• Proven track record in procurement and supply chain oversight.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis.
• Detail-oriented and able to work with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to investigate complex issues.
• Passion for innovative approaches to business problems.
• Prior experience in people management.
