CAM Manager I - Remote

Overview

Responsible for directing the day-to-day activities for a unit, managing approximately 10 FTEs, and ensuring operational efficiency while adhering to the company’s risk and regulatory standards.

• Oversee daily activities of a unit to meet departmental objectives.
• Direct staff in customer service and account servicing techniques.

Requirements

• 6 years of higher education and relevant work experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of departmental systems and procedures.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
