Overview

This position focuses on identifying customer needs through the bank's retail sales process, providing basic sales solutions, and enhancing the customer experience through proactive outreach and relationship management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Minimum of 2 years retail sales or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence.
• Ability to communicate tactfully with customers.
• Proficient in internet user-level technology.
• Bilingual communication skills required.
• Well-organized with strong time management skills.
• Knowledge of financial services products preferred.
• Ability to meet registration requirements under the Federal SAFE Act.
