• Lead daily operations of Mantra’s ConnectNow service.
• Oversee a team of behavioral health providers.
• Deliver direct care to students, assessing complex behavioral health needs.
• Collaborate with campus staff and community responders for student safety.
• Monitor service quality and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain clinical protocols and operational guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards.
• Manage provider schedules to meet student demand.
• Work flexible hours to support after-hours needs.
• Report to the Associate Director of Therapy.

Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC).
• 2 years of experience managing a behavioral telehealth call center.
• 5 years of clinical experience in mental health care.
• Ability to model empathy and provide supportive supervision.
• Proven collaboration skills to improve clinical care.
• Skilled in independent clinical judgment in high-pressure settings.
• Data-driven mindset for optimizing service delivery.
• Technically proficient with various platforms.
