In Short

• Manage and grow a team of Program Managers within the Ops & Strategy team.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that shape Product Support's approach to AI and automation.
• Define program management standards, tools, and operating rhythms.
• Analyze support data and AI model performance for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leaders in Product, Engineering, and Security.
• Drive alignment and ensure delivery of high-impact programs.
• Own roadmap execution and milestone tracking.
• Ensure visibility and accountability for program outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in people management, ideally overseeing program or project managers.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs in high-growth environments.
• Ability to lead while delivering hands-on support.
• Experience with AI and automation projects.
• Strong familiarity with operating cadences like quarterly planning.
• Experience establishing program management best practices.
• Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders.
