Overview

The Executive Assistant will provide core support functions for the CEO and partners, managing both business and personal tasks, while contributing to a family-like work environment at Manay CPA.

In Short

  • Provide administrative support for the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Manage daily and weekly activities independently and as a team.
  • Coordinate travel and logistics.
  • Handle calendar and meeting management.
  • Prepare materials for meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain communication through emails and phone calls.
  • Support various administrative functions and clerical duties.
  • Contribute to team effort and assist other departments as needed.
  • Work in a fully remote capacity.
  • Must be flexible with working hours based on US time zones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
  • 2 - 5 years of professional experience in related fields.
  • Experience as an executive assistant or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Native/Bilingual in Turkish, excellent communication skills in English.
  • Positive and team player personality.
  • Dedicated office space required.
  • Flexibility for weekend work may be needed.
  • Work hours based on US EST time zones.
