Accounting Associate - Remote

In Short

• Support onboarding of new clients and setup of accounting systems.
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis.
• Prepare payroll and tax returns in line with professional standards.
• Assist with audits and financial reconciliations.
• Analyze financial data for forecasting and evaluation.
• Research tax and accounting issues for practical solutions.
• Contribute to special projects and report preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, audit, or tax.
• Turkish CPA license is a plus.
• Experience with U.S. GAAP is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative mindset.
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills.
