Requirements

• 2+ years in an administrative/operations position.
• 4+ years with ConnectWise Manage/PSA billing processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high volumes of tasks.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and PowerBI.
• Understanding of MSP billing models.
• Experience with agreement setup in ConnectWise.
• Comfortable with digital tools.
• Knowledge of contract management best practices.
