Overview

The Global Trade Compliance Consultant will partner with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with U.S. regulations while supporting international business activities.

In Short

• Handle customer compliance trade requests.
• Process documentation related to U.S. imports.
• Assist with Section 301 exclusions submissions.
• Support on trade remedies like Antidumping duties.
• Evaluate Free Trade Act qualifications.
• Research HTS classification and valuation issues.
• Manage inquiries from U.S. Customs.
• Conduct training and internal audits.
• Drive improvements in trade processes.
• Administer duty drawback claims.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in international trade compliance.
• Licensed Customs Broker preferred.
• Experience with customs brokerage and importing/exporting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
