Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Project Manager to join our Experience Scaled Ops team. This specialized team covers a range of creative disciplines—design, photography, and copywriting—all focused on maintaining and scaling our client's visual identity and community engagement.

The Difference You Will Make
As Project Manager, Content Production, you will be the operational backbone of a fast-paced, high-volume digital content pipeline. Most projects are operationally straightforward, but the high volume and deadlines necessitate meticulous tracking and attention to process. You'll manage the trafficking, tracking, and delivery of large batches of web content and talent-facing digital assets, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Your ability to set structure, streamline communications, and adapt to daily changes will directly impact the department's ability to scale and deliver on deadlines. Success is defined by consistency, efficiency, and the ability to keep multiple workstreams advancing in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in content production or digital project management.
• Success managing large batches of deliverables in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of Airtable and similar project management software.
• Highly collaborative and proactive communicator.
