Production & Project Manager - Remote

Overview

As Production and Project Manager at Pupil, you will play a critical role in driving activities for the successful delivery of projects. You will work closely with the BIM Manager, Production Team, Operations and other stakeholders to coordinate team management, project tasks, timelines, and facilitate delivering high-quality products to clients.

• Oversee daily management of BIM and Floorplanning production team tasks.
• Manage multiple concurrent BIM projects throughout the entire production lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment between project teams, sales, operations, and modellers.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement strategies for team development.

• Lead collaborative training sessions for team members.
• Establish and maintain reporting systems and workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in BIM project management or architectural coordination.
• Experience with point cloud data for Scan-to-BIM workflows.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to guide teams.
• In-depth knowledge of BIM processes and tools like Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience managing remote teams.
• Detail-oriented project management skills.
• Ability to track and analyse BIM data.
• Understanding of RICS code of measurement practice.
