Content Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager will drive operational excellence across our content production pipeline, ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality content to our clients.

In Short

• Fully remote work arrangement.
• Independent Contractor, Full-time position.
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST; 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST.
• Manage content approvals and feedback loops with clarity and timeliness.
• Own and streamline communication between clients and internal content teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
• Onboard new clients and team members into internal systems.
• Maintain and improve operational dashboards and tooling (primarily in Notion).
• Collaborate with leadership on special projects and troubleshooting initiatives.
• Monitor Slack for client and team updates.

Requirements
