In Short

• Manage overall portfolio of email activity to drive business results.
• Develop and manage processes for timely delivery of communications.
• Act as subject matter expert for email marketing tools.
• Partner with teams to source and share data for customer acquisition.
• Manage customer segmentation and targeting for personalized campaigns.
• Ensure appropriate reporting and performance evaluation for email.
• Use data to identify opportunities for improvement in engagement.
• Develop email best practices and provide training to team members.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and data protection regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in email marketing with knowledge of best practices.
• Strong analytical mindset to leverage data for decision-making.
• Proven track record in managing and growing a motivated team.
• Proficiency in English for creating compelling content.
• Familiarity with email design and coding concepts.
• Passion for customer-centric marketing.
• Experience working within a digital workflow with various teams.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
