Remote Live Chat Support Agent

Overview

As a Home or Office Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding to live chat inquiries from our customers. You will be the face of our company and play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Manage and respond to live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat support role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer navigation
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
