Overview

We are seeking a fast-typing, customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our remote support team. In this role, you'll assist customers in real time via chat, helping them with questions, troubleshooting, and product support.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or live chat is a plus
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
• Comfortable using chat platforms, CRM tools, and web-based systems
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
• Detail-oriented with a friendly and professional tone
