We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Requirements

• Experience with cash handling is advantageous but not mandatory.
