In Short

• Perform accurate and efficient data entry of customer orders, invoices, and other documents into our system
• Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Communicate with team members to resolve any data discrepancies or issues
• Keep records of completed work and file documents for future reference
• Review and update existing data in our system to ensure accuracy

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
