Overview

The Remote Data Entry Operator is responsible for gathering, preparing, and entering data into digital databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data management.

In Short

Gather and prepare documents for data entry.
Conduct research for incomplete documents.
Create digital documents from paper or dictation.
Review documents for accuracy.
Capture data into digital databases.
Update and maintain databases and filing systems.
Monitor and correct database errors.
Generate data reports and spreadsheets.
Perform clerical duties as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
1 year of experience in data entry or similar roles.
Excellent typing abilities.
Strong time management and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
Ability to manage high volumes of data accurately.
Good understanding of databases and filing systems.
Knowledge of administrative operations.
Keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
