Overview

The Marketing & Fundraising Specialist is a key contributor to the mission by providing support to key executives on a wide variety of projects and initiatives.

In Short

• Acts as primary administrative support for the Brand & Marketing, Integrated Fundraising, and Revenue Partnerships & Services teams.
• Performs general administrative duties including meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
• Provides support for assigned committees and task forces.
• Maintains calendars, files, and records for teams and committees.
• Conducts research and prepares various reports.
• Manages special projects related to fundraising inquiries and brand content organization.
• 2+ years of administrative experience required.
• Must have versatile skills utilizing a variety of computer programs/software.
• Working knowledge of nonprofit organizations is helpful.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
