We are looking for a passionate Business Development & Growth Specialist to join our revenue team, bridging sales and marketing.

  • Drive pipeline growth through strategic multi-channel outbound prospecting.
  • Engage potential clients and qualify their needs effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly goals for qualified meetings.
  • Analyze lead generation channel performance for optimization.
  • Utilize marketing tech stack, including 6sense, for targeted campaigns.
  • Act as a feedback loop between sales and marketing teams.
  • Test and refine outreach messaging to improve conversion rates.
  • 2−5+ years of experience in a BDR or SDR role.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Proactive mindset with analytical curiosity.

Requirements

  • 2−5+ years of experience in a Business Development or Sales Development role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Analytical curiosity regarding marketing and sales performance.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with ABM/ABX concepts and platforms like 6sense is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs like Salesforce is a plus.
