Overview

The Solutions Consultant will provide high-quality demonstrations of the product to prospective customers by working with sales staff and clients to understand the customer’s business and workflows. They will also be responsible for maintaining content used by both sales staff and clients.

  • Connect with customers to drive sales across various verticals.
  • Present MaintainX to prospective clients using tailored examples.
  • Import real customer data into trial accounts.
  • Be the go-to product expert for technical product questions.
  • Stay informed on product updates and incorporate them into demos.
  • Build trust with customer stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with a Sales Architect for customer-specific integrations.
  • Develop and launch new sales assets and collateral.
  • Mentor sales staff on product knowledge.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related experience in sales or consulting.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to adjust communication style based on customer needs.
  • BA degree or higher.
