Overview

This position is for a proactive Junior Sales & Marketing Manager who will support the daily sales process and contribute to the growth of a leading digital advertising agency focused on email marketing in the DACH region.

• Support the sales process from follow-ups to initial meetings with potential clients.
• Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate organic content marketing efforts across various platforms.
• Assist in recruiting by reviewing applications and conducting initial interviews.

Requirements

• Experience in sales assistance, project coordination, or marketing roles.
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and CRM systems.
• Very good command of German and good English skills are advantageous.
