Junior Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Junior Marketing Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team that combines creative ideas with data-driven work. You will coordinate projects, optimize processes, and bring fresh ideas to our communication across all channels.

In Short

• Support the marketing team in implementing marketing projects and campaigns across various channels (Website, Email, Social Media, PoS, PR, etc.).
• Coordinate and manage marketing and creative processes, including ordering materials and liaising with service providers.
• Collaborate closely with Brand, Social Media, PoS, CRM, and Performance Marketing teams.
• Monitor marketing metrics and prepare reports and simple analyses for success measurement.
• Ensure a consistent presentation by creating, maintaining, and developing templates and guidelines.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media Sciences, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience through internships or a junior position in marketing is advantageous.
• Organized and structured working style with strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana; knowledge of Figma, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop is desirable.
• Passion for using AI tools for process optimization.
• Enthusiasm for marketing, content, brand building, and interest in process development and creative approaches.
• Very good German skills; good English skills are a plus.
