Senior Technical Product Manager - Platform & Workflow Orchestration - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Technical Product Manager – Workflow Orchestration Platform, you will take full ownership of the company’s horizontal orchestration layer, coordinating multiple live services across the organization while focusing on reliability, performance, scalability, and economic efficiency.

• Define and own the vision, roadmap, and priorities for the workflow orchestration platform.
• Design and evolve end-to-end workflows that coordinate multiple services.
• Own platform APIs, service contracts, and orchestration logic.
• Partner closely with Engineering to shape system architecture.
• Establish and own platform KPIs.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across various teams.
• Manage dependencies and trade-offs between domain teams.
• Ensure workflows are observable, testable, and auditable.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Senior or Technical Product Manager.
• Proven experience owning horizontal initiatives.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and APIs.
• Track record of owning KPIs in revenue-generating systems.
• Ability to work effectively with senior engineers.
• Structured, systems-oriented mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills, German is a plus.
