Junior Sales & Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

We are a digital advertising agency specializing in email marketing (E-Commerce) and have become a market leader in the DACH region. To successfully implement our next growth steps, we are looking for a proactive Sales Assistant with a hands-on mentality to support us in the daily sales process.

In Short

• Support the sales process from follow-ups to scheduling meetings with potential clients.
• Maintain our CRM, keeping deals updated and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate organic content marketing efforts across various platforms.
• Review incoming applications and conduct initial interviews with candidates.
• Organize our event series and coordinate co-marketing activities.

Requirements

• Experience in a sales assistant, project coordination, or marketing role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable contacting people via phone.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and CRM systems.
• Education background is not critical; performance and team fit are key.
• Fluent in German, with good English skills as a plus.
