In Short

• Own the development and ongoing optimization of our marketing website (Webflow).
• Optimize website for technical SEO and AI driven search best practices.
• Build and launch high-converting landing pages for growth campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to deliver clean web solutions.
• Assist with execution of A/B testing and conversion optimization.
• Ensure high-quality animations and brand-consistent visuals across all devices.
• Monitor site performance metrics and proactively resolve issues.
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and analytics platforms.
• 4+ years experience as a front-end or full-stack web developer.
• Familiarity with ABM strategies and tools for personalized landing experiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a front-end or full-stack web developer, ideally within a B2B SaaS company.
• Expertise in Webflow, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.
• Experience building custom websites in a CMS.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, spacing, and responsive design principles.
• Ability to work in Figma to interpret design specs.
• Experience building and managing high-converting, SEO-optimized marketing websites.
• Testing mindset with experience contributing to experiments.
• Understanding of marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with the education or EdTech space is a plus.
• Passion for mission-driven products and intuitive user experiences.
