Overview

As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring smooth execution of the end-to-end logistics lifecycle and proactively identifying issues to achieve best-in-class customer service.

• Primary point of contact for key customers.
• Coordinate with Airlines, Shipping lines, Transporters, and Port authorities.
• Professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular status reports of shipments.
• Complete ownership of each job/file.
• Validate cost and revenue at file level.
• Swift resolution of queries and accurate reporting.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Proactively track shipments and notify customers of deviations.
• Assist commercial teams in achieving growth targets.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
