Overview

The Transportation Manager of Customer Delivery will be responsible for advancing the end-to-end performance and agility of Macy’s customer delivery network. In this role you will be responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day customer delivery network in partnership with technology, digital, fulfillment, and third-party partners.

In Short

  • Develop innovative and customer centric delivery strategies and solutions.
  • Refine, enhance, and implement reporting and visibility tools to establish clear and measurable key performance indicators.
  • Define a phased approach to advance Macy’s customer delivery agility and capabilities.
  • Establish and develop partnerships with solution providers and industry thought leaders.
  • Challenge conventional thinking and current state supply chain solutions and processes.
  • Support business outcomes by identifying trends and metrics that deliver insights on financial and operational performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and provide strategic direction.
  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally.
  • Strong change management skills.
