The Seasonal Colleague Advisory Coordinator supports Colleague Advisory with background check assessments and general Colleague Advisory tasks.

In Short

  • Remote position that may be located in any city/state with a Macy's retail location.
  • Review candidate criminal history and drug screening information.
  • Conduct phone assessments with candidates.
  • Document phone assessments accurately and confidentially.
  • Ensure candidates supply all required information in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate candidate responses for compliance with laws.
  • Follow up on documentation and assist with case queue management.
  • Provide general case assistance and customer service.
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect.
  • Work with multiple computer screens and programs simultaneously.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior Human Resources experience preferred.
  • Ability to evaluate candidate responses and make business decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Customer service skills and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and communication with colleagues.
  • Close vision required.
  • Ability to move about the workplace occasionally.
