Senior Counsel - Litigation - Remote

Overview

Macy’s Senior Counsel, Litigation is a member of the Macy’s existing in-house litigation team located in St. Louis. The St. Louis team handles Macy’s nationwide, uninsured litigation docket. This role entails actively litigating all aspects of lawsuits against the company from initial response to appeal.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of active litigation experience.
• Expert legal writing skills with writing samples required.

• Familiarity with new technologies and legal systems.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues independently.
