Project Manager, Transportation, Alternative Delivery - Remote

Overview

AECOM Canada is seeking a Project Manager to join our team and take on a central role in the delivery of major transportation projects in Western Canada.

In Short

• Support the Project Manager and senior staff to deliver projects to budget and schedule.
• Independently manage delivery of varied project activities.
• Lead and coordinate project team activities.
• Provide guidance to designers and technical staff.
• Communicate clearly with project team and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 4+ years relevant work experience.
• Registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (P.Eng.) or a PMP or an MBA.
• 5+ years relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Technical knowledge related to transit project delivery.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong problem identification and resolution skills.
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Commercial acumen with experience managing project budget and schedule.
