Transportation Project Delivery Lead - Remote

Overview

Arcadis is seeking a Transportation Design Manager with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in highway design and improvement projects. This position will be part of our design and engineering team and will manage technical delivery teams for current and upcoming projects in Louisiana and the Southeast.

• Manage technical delivery teams for highway design projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of project management and design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer License in Louisiana Transportation Design.
• Experience with LADOTD design and environmental processes.
• Strong communication and management skills.
• Ability to work with contractor clients.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
• Experience in design-build and design-bid-build projects.
• Ability to motivate and build cohesive teams.
• Experience with public sector clients.
