Overview

The Project Delivery Lead, Enterprise is responsible for planning, tracking, and managing Thrive’s enterprise-class customer projects, ensuring successful project delivery through effective communication and organization.

• Lead enterprise-class customer projects for high revenue generation.
• Manage large and complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project.
• Drive project success through clear expectation setting and task management.
• Collaborate with internal resources including engineers and consultants.
• Design project plans to meet critical paths and customer timeframes.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Forecast and activate monthly recurring revenue.
• Utilize project management software for tracking and reporting.
• Encourage teamwork and motivate project teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management and professional services.
• Experience working with C-level Executives.
• Ability to lead cross-functional project teams.
• Experience in implementing managed services and IT solutions.
• Skilled in managing project plans and documenting workflows.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing and cyber security concepts.
• Technical knowledge of Thrive approved technologies.
• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar project management software.
• Familiarity with ITIL methodology and change management processes.
