Enterprise Delivery Intern - Remote

Overview

This program is an 11-week full-time opportunity that provides real work experience with a team in your business area, allowing you to lead or contribute to projects while participating in networking and career exploration activities.

In Short

• Internship program from May 28 – August 8, 2025.
• Hybrid work model with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
• Office locations are Hartford, CT and Scottsdale, AZ.
• Hourly rate of $23.00 for 40 hours per week.
• Opportunity to apply for future full-time roles.
• Two days of paid leave and a company holiday on July 4th.
• Hands-on experience in agile project management.
• Exposure to Scrum methodologies.
• Collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.
• Drafting user stories and managing project timelines.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
• Basic understanding of problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Leadership experience in student organizations or projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in full-time position within CVS Health upon graduation.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and MS Project.
• Experience in budget management and project tracking.
