Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (P.Eng.) or Architects or a PMP or an MBA.
• 5+ years of relevant experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience in leading projects under alternative delivery models.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Commercial acumen with experience in budget management.
• High level of judgment and reasoning skills.
• Dedicated to completing work efficiently and accurately.
