Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at MacStadium, you will ensure the success of customers by building strong relationships and maximizing the value of MacStadium’s products and services.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in customer accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and collaborate with sales and product teams.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement levels to mitigate churn.
  • Serve as a customer advocate within MacStadium.
  • Educate customers on best practices and new features.
  • Track key performance metrics related to customer success.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in sales or account management is preferred.
  • Open to remote work outside of Georgia and Nevada.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working in the tech space/industry.
  • Familiarity with SaaS/cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in sales, customer success, or account management.
  • Experience with enterprise or SMB customers is a plus.
