Site Reliability Engineer - Remote

Overview

MacStadium builds cloud solutions to simplify Mac for business, actively participating in the Apple ecosystem. We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to support deployments at the core of our data center and networking automation capabilities.

In Short

• Join the growing Platform team as a Site Reliability Engineer.
• Support deployments and infrastructure for Mac-based virtualization.
• Define and implement monitoring and alerting for systems deployed with Kubernetes.
• Troubleshoot internal outages and diagnose customer deployment issues.
• Work closely with the Ops team.
• Ideal location is near Atlanta, GA or Las Vegas, NV, but remote work is available.
• 5 years of experience required, with 3-5 years in relevant technical skills.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering or similar preferred.
• 5 years of experience with at least 3-5 years in top technical skills.
• Experience with observability platforms for monitoring production applications.
• Extensive troubleshooting experience with Kubernetes applications.
• Experience with blameless postmortems.
• CKA or CKAD certification is a plus.
