Overview

The Remote Knowledge Manager is a key member of Macrae’s global knowledge management task force, dedicated to supporting local recruiting teams in driving revenue and delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.

In Short

  • Provide remote assistance to local teams in scheduling meetings and interviews.
  • Support 2-4 recruiters with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Gather and distribute critical market intelligence information.
  • Organize team collaboration meetings for business development.
  • Research market trends to drive business leads.
  • Ensure database records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with other Knowledge Managers to share best practices.
  • Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions.
  • Organize and analyze company data while maintaining security standards.
  • Must have 6+ years of experience in a support role within law firms or professional services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to client-focused service.
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
  • Proactive and responsive to team needs.
  • Interest in the legal industry is preferred.
