Requirements

• 3–5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Technical Project Manager.
• Experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong understanding of digital product development lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with resource allocation and financial tracking.
• Preference for experience in healthcare media or digital publishing.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred.
