Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
• Experience managing SEM and programmatic media.
• Google Certification is required.
• Two years of experience in recruitment media or marketing.
• Knowledge of marketing ecosystems and media performance.
• Understanding of industry technologies like ATS and job distribution services.
• Strong project management and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze data for performance optimization.
