Overview

The Freelance Multilingual Interview Host will assist in managing online interviews for market research studies, ensuring successful project completion while addressing technical issues and providing support.

In Short

• Assist with day-to-day call management of market research studies.
• Provide technical support for users of the interview platform.
• Prepare respondents for scheduled interviews.
• Facilitate the start of interviews and troubleshoot as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Must be multilingual in at least one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese.
• Experience with qualitative online platforms preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems.
• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with good time management skills.
