The Freelance Multilingual Interview Host will assist in managing online interviews for market research, ensuring projects are completed on time while providing technical support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must be multilingual in at least one of the following: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese.
• Experience with qualitative online platforms preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate technical steps in a friendly manner.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
