Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Controller at M3 USA.

In Short

• Ensure monthly financials are distributed timely and accurately.
• Recommend improvements to the month-end close processes.
• Assist in handling day-to-day operations of accounting functions.
• Approve account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze financial reports to determine trends and estimates.
• Assist in various internal and external audit requests.
• Perform monthly and ad-hoc reports for the executive team.
• Oversee budgets and prepare forecasts for business units.
• Manage special projects and monitor implementation of initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to share changes in initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, CPA a plus.
• 7-10 years of related experience required.
• 5+ years of managerial experience required.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Full understanding of IFRS 15 and IFRS 16.
• Strong FP&A skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiarity with NetSuite and FP&A software.
