In Short

• Build backend infrastructure for an emotional intelligence layer.
• Work with C#/.NET and Python microservices.
• Design scalable, emotionally aware systems.
• Maintain REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Manage AWS infrastructure and CI/CD processes.
• Integrate AI and ML systems for personalization.
• Architect microservice-style ML model serving backend.
• Implement custom memory engines and APIs.
• Work closely with product and AI teams.
• Ensure system reliability and performance.

Requirements

• 6 - 15 years of experience in backend or full-stack development.
• Experience shipping production backends in startups.
• Familiarity with LLM-based products.
• Strong systems thinking and clean abstractions.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Experience with Docker, AWS, and Terraform.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices.
• Ability to manage cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with emotional intelligence or personalization layers is a plus.
